As a Lead Product Designer with 9+ years of experience, I’ve built and executed design strategies across enterprise-scale platforms and agile SaaS environments. My work focuses on simplifying complexity, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering outcomes that move the business forward.
Beyond the interface, I build the foundations that enable design to scale. From establishing robust design operations and mentoring high-performing designers to driving cross-functional workshops that surface user and business challenges, I focus on creating clarity, alignment, and sustained impact.
Currently at Sense, I lead AI design strategy and execution, shipping two 0→1 products in the last six months. I spearheaded the transformation of a complex workflow builder into an AI agent–driven experience, while guiding the broader platform’s shift to an AI-first architecture at scale.
How do you approach designing AI products?
Designing AI products starts with defining the role AI plays in the workflow. I focus on creating clear human–AI interactions, accounting for uncertainty, and quickly prototyping ideas to test with real users. The goal is to make the AI feel helpful, predictable, and genuinely useful, not just intelligent.
Who do you typically work with?
I work closely with PMs, Engineering Leads, Data Analysts, and Researchers, while partnering with leadership and customer-facing teams to ensure products solve real user and business problems.
What’s your design process like?
We start by listening—really listening. From there, we dive into research, build concepts, storyboard, shoot, and polish. Throughout it all, we keep communication open and the vision sharp.
What AI tools do you use for your design process?
It depends on the scope, but most projects take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. We’ll always set clear timelines at the start and keep you updated at every step.
Do you have experience handling a team ?
Mostly, yes. Our core team covers creative direction, production, and editing. For certain projects, we also collaborate with trusted specialists—from VFX artists to sound designers.
